Why is chicken trying to pull wing of chick that has pecked whole

The chicken that is on the eggs has decided to start pecking and pulling the wing of the chick who has pecked a hole in the egg to get out. Why?
 
Hello,

This happened to me aswell but with ducklings, I think it was encouragin it because as soon as it started the chick in the eggs went crazy and zipped in 20 mins!
