Why is My Govee doing this?

With how dry it's been, try it there. In reality you need to judge air cell size at x days and adjust from there. More humidity without causing condensation to slow it down, less to speed it up.

I have put the mason jar lid in the incubator and turned on my humidifier. It has been about 50% for about 4 hours.
