I would definitely try to put stuff out there to distract her. Do they have an area to dust bath in? You can just set aside a corner of the run and fill it with sand, peat and soft loamy soil. That keeps my girls busy for hours.
Try a treat ball or take the plastic container that berries come in and fill it with seeds. Let them knock that around trying to figure out how to get the goods out.
I also have lots of things from the garden I give to them this time of the year. Below is an 8-ball zucchini that grew into this soccer ball sized thing. I punched a few holes in it to get them started and they worked on this thing ALL DAY yesterday. Below is my mama BO with her Blue Andalusian babies. She's pecking out tiny bits and dropping it for them to eat. Honestly, that gave me hours of entertainment just watching them.
