Why is my Rooster Bobbing head?

Hello, I woke up this morning to let my chickens out and noticed my 6 month old frizzle silkie rooster was acting a bit different. He looks normal but his head keeps bobbing up. He is still eating and drinking but appears to have difficulty doing that because of his head movements. This is the first time this has happened. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you.

It may be a little neurological issue developing, meaning this may be a hint of more serious issues to come. Wry neck sometimes manifests in weird head gyrations and strange body movements. It's correctable with vitamin E 400iu, one per day until behavior is back to normal.

Thank you so much! He was perfectly normal yesterday and this just happened overnight. I will try giving him the vitamin E 400iu and see if his condition improves.
