Why isn't more turkey eaten year-round? Informal survey.

That makes sense... if it's so cheap as drumsticks, they're probably trying to find ways to use it they can charge more.

We've always eaten a lot of turkey. I would get them this time of year when they're so cheap and fill up the freezer and then cook one every few weeks or at least once a month. We have a big family and between the turkey and the leftovers we're set for meals for a week. Now that we're raising our own I hope to be cooking even more turkey once I can bring myself to actually eat one of my babies.
