why my chicken is like that

I am helping my friend with his chickens and when I got home I open my coop so my chickens and rooster play outside and I went to my coop check on my chicken that was inside of the coop. my chicken is doing this , what should I do ?

Is she laying eggs? Does she seem egg bound?
Are there any injuries you can see?
I would isolate her as soon as possible and take a closer look

No eggs no injuries, only her neck looks like she broke it im not sure

It looks like a neurological issue. Any recent trauma? Are you practicing good biosecurity when you are visiting your friends' chicken coops?

Hes chickens have repiratory deasis , a friend told me that is vitamin deficianci but i juat buy purina dark blue bag for them i tbought its complety

I am wondering if your friend's chickens are acting this way too. Medicated food won't protect your chickens from respiratory infections. Wry neck is caused by a vitamin deficiency.....If you visit someone with sick birds you have to disinfect your shoes and clothes before visiting your own birds. Otherwise you can bring the infection back to your flock.
