why!!!!! need help with shrink wrapped egg. pics added post 10

If he is in the incubator, can you cover the entire bottom of the incubator with paper towels?

yea. does the humidity still have to be up though if so i can try and cover part of it up and see how that affects it.

ok first of all, try to avoid opening the incubator and chilling him/her
second, DOT NOT PULL OFF THE REST OF THE EGG SHELL FOR HIM/HER. let him/her detach when the time comes. I have had this happen SO MANY TIMES!!! really, there is no right way to do it, luckly she/he looks int the clear for the most part. GOOD LUCK!!

I dont know if its just me, but they didnt look shrink wrapped at all...they looked like they were to WET. Like I said, maybe it is just me but thats what it looked like to me.

I agree with everyone that it looks like the humidity was to high. I don't even worry about the humidity the first 18 days unless it goes below 20%. It's so humid here already.
