why won't my ducklings follow me :(

i'll keep you posted and post pics as soon as i'm allowed. I'm new so it won't let me post any pics yet. So excited about being a mom to my new duckies!

My 4 calls, I went out to take their picture you can see they were coming to get their worms. They were very disappointed when all I had was the camera. LOL

Breakthrough! I'm outside with them and they followed me about 5 feet but then just layed down lol is it hard for them to follow far without getting tired at this age lol

Breakthrough! I have them outside and they followed me for about 5 feet but then stopped and just laid down lol. They seem to follow for a few feet but then stop. Is that normal for 6 day old ducklings

Gotta love those babies! I don't handle mine, but they do come when called and generally gravitate to where people are - particularly me.

Call them when you feed them, Duck duck duck duck. Soon, they will equate your call with treats. They will come to your call. Call and walk. They will follow you.

They are SO cute.
