i read this entire thread, pulling for the little guy, and it stopped...

its like losing a good book when you are the last chapter!!

any updates on little crushed guy?

have to admit, i have "helped" a few in the end, its a crap shoot, sometimes they make it, sometimes,not.

have i missed something here?

Here is an updated picture. He chirps, but its weak. I took him in a steamy shower and pulled back some of his egg/membrane. He didnt bleed. I have not seen any yolk, but 3/4 of him is still in the egg. I put him back in the bator. He is breathing fine and every once in a while gets a burst of energy, moves around all crazy and opens his eyes too.He is now napping and licking his chops. His wing is over his face.

Looks like Im pulling an all nighter. He is very warm and moist. He stretches out, then curls back up. I dont think he needs anymore help, just time and cheering! He keeps chewing on his wing feathers. Pretty darn cute!
