Will A Laced Mutt Rooster Pass on His Lacing?

My question is, will a laced mutt rooster who does not have as nice lacing as a purebred laced bird (such as a GLW or BLRW) pass on this lacing to his offspring?

How exactly does the lacing gene work? I have some nicely laced hens that I would like to find a laced rooster for. I found a laced EE rooster that is crossed with GLW, will breeding him with my hens still produce some nice laced birds? The EE rooster doesn't have as nice of lacing as a BLRW or the like but it is still quite defined.

Will the mixed rooster be less likely to pass on his lacing? Or will the lacing he pass on just be less defined than a pure laced breed?

Do you have pictures?
If he has even one lacing gene and is crossed with fully laced hens, all offspring will have at least some lacing.
Some off those offspring will be incompletely laced while others will be completely laced.
Quality of lacing depends both on # of copies of the lacing gene and the quality of the lacing of the parents.

I'll try to get one! It is my neighbours rooster, he is only approx 6 months so his lacing isn't fully matured yet but I will try to get a photo this weekend.

Thanks for the info!
