Will a shaked up egg hatch?

So i recivied a couple of duck muscovy eggs from my uncle's friend but it was all soiled up and dirty with poop on them.. So i took some steel wool and cleaned it up but i might have shakend them too hard its already day one of incubating is this gonna work out?

Hey there. What I would do is candle them and make sure the air sack is in its normal place. If it is they should be okay. Since they had poop on them they might not have been very fresh making them have a lower chance to grow. However, I wouldn't worry to much about it. Candle them on day seven and if they are alive and growing your probably fine.
