My hen has been stretching her head out to breathe recently. It is occasional but every time it occurs she stays like that for a couple of minutes. After doing a bit of research I'm guessing it's the gapeworm.

Will this be okay? How much should I give and if it's not the right product what should I get instead?

Welcome to BYC. Aviverm has levamisole which can treat gapeworms, capillary, and roundworms., but I am not sure of the dosage. I believe that it has to be given for more than one day, possibly multiple days. Gapeworms are pretty rare, and your vet may be able to do a fecal float for worms if you bring in a sample of the droppings.

Have you seen your chicken adjust her crop before? That might look like gaping. Some chickens with a respiratory virus may gasp for air. Sometimes a video uploaded to YouTube can help see what you see.
