Hi everyone!
So my pair of African geese, Gladstone and Daisy, have decided to lay her eggs early in the season. She’s been laying eggs for the last two weeks but, aside from covering them with leaves, she is not broody yet! Also, although we live in Florida and cold weather is not the norm; we’ve a colder than usual temperatures around Pasco County and several intensive freezes!
Question: Will those eggs hatch? Are they still fertile? I am including some pictures!

How do you know she is going to go broody? Hens, geese, and ducks don't 100% go broody every year. They only go broody if they want to. This, is unlike wild geese, because domestic geese have had the instinct to brood bored out of them.
Last year she had gooselins, and toward the end of last year she was sitting on eggs for almost two weeks when she abandoned the nest. At that time Daisy and Gladstone were housed in the chicken coop so I figured she probably needed more privacy and now they have their own place. She immediately started to lay eggs in the dog igloo and so far she has 10 eggs.
