Will ducks eat curly leaf pondweed?

I was thinking of getting some ducks to clean my pond of a plant called curly leaf pond plant. Can anyone tell me if ducks eat this. I have a acre stocked pond and my three Chinese geese don't go in pond but stay in a stream that runs thru backyard.

Ducks will eat pretty much any plant they can get to.

Chances are... No. There's alot easier out there to eat than having to dive into the water several feet to get to your meal. Everything I'd seen online says that some breeds may eat the winter buds as extra nourishment during cold seasons. They may help control it to an extent, but don't expect them to clean the whole pond.
