sorry for the bad picture but they swam away to the other side of the pond (the pond isn’t to big i just didn’t wanna chase and scare them) but the one closest to the mom is him and the other one is the moms duckling.

i’ll update this post tonight after their feeding. with him included there is 6 ducklings in the pond now (the mom that took him in has him + her own baby and another mom duck has 4) and they all seem to be getting along

we have a 5 week old mallard duckling who we have been taking care of. if we release him in a week will he survive? we have to release him no matter what sadly

Call the environmental police in your are. They will put You in contact with a wildlife rehab. If you can’t find the environmental police call your local police or sheriff they will know where to call.
