Will my chickens always be this dirty?

    My chicks like all other chicks r pooping machines an all they do us eat... Sleep... Poop... Drink water... Poop... Eat.. An they r just pooping every where! Is that a chick thing or when they grow up they will just poop more?

    Poop. It will be everywhere. It will never stop. LOL!

    They poop a lot while they are growing because they eat more food per pound of body weight to feed growth. When they are older they will make bigger poops, but not as often. They continue to be very dusty, though.

    Just think of it as fertilizer for your garden! Dump it somewhere or bury it until it gets "old" for about a year and then use it for gardening. Great stuff. I put mine around my fruit trees during the off season and future garden sites.
     
  9. An adult chicken will produce 45 punds of poop a year. It doesn't get better, it gets worse.
