Tonight's low is 15 F with like 20 mph wind. My coop has no insulation and it has pretty good size air ways to ventilate. I can feel just a little wind getting inside. Will my chickens be okay? It's suppossed to be 15 F for the next 2 nights. Here are some pictures of the air ways. And coop.

Here I put a rolled tarp and a board to help stop some wind.

Also will they be okay during the day tomorrow with an open aired coop like this? Will they know to go inside if they get too cold?

They look like nice sized birds and should be perfectly fine. They will get together and get heat from each other. As long as the draft isn't in their faces it should be fine. This makes them hardy when it does get cold. Mine are in a non insulated coop with ventilation holes. They have been fine and it always feels warmer inside their coop from their body heat. Also they will go in if they feel chilled mine are in the yard all day today with 19 degree wind chills and they don't act cold. The worry would be for small chicks under 8 weeks

Difficult to tell from your pics but the ventilation should be above their heads when they roost so that there are no drafts going across the birds at roost height. It's OK (good actually) to have air flow beneath and above them as long as they are sheltered on four sides around the roosts, if that makes sense. They will be fine if that is the case.

As for daytime they will know when to retreat to shelter which is usually only when it is damp. Even in extreme colds they will still be out and about in the open air and do fine.
What I would say is that you could put some vase line or coconut/olive oil on their combs and wattles to protect against frostbite during the day. If you get snow you could also consider putting tarps across one or two sides of their run.

I also added a bale of hay under their coop part for the day tomorrow and put plenty of corn and meal worms so hopefully that can help as well.
I'd nix any extra corn...they need to eat their balanced ration.
Meal worms ok in moderation.
Treats like that are a good test for lethargy,
if bird doesn't go for treats is when I start to worry.

They'll be fine with the cold, but might not want to be outside in the wind.
Hopefully you have plenty of room in the coop if they don't want to go out.
A bit of air movement in coop is fine, unless it is literally 'ruffling their feathers' on the roost.
