Will my hens grow combs??

I was just wondering if my barred rock hens are going to grow combs. Right now some have a big bump as if two combs are coming in and some look like they have a tiny mo-hawk. They are all about a year and two months old.

By 4 or 5 months their combs are as big as they'll get.
Are you sure they're Plymouth Rocks?
If they're crossed with something they could have a pea or rose comb.
