will my turkeys escape

I have a field thats 2.5 acres wtih a 5 1/2 foot fence. I am thuinking of getting bourbon red turkeys. Will they escape?

depends on how you feed them. They will most likely hang around if fed well and no predators.

well can i clip a turkeys wings so they cant fly or is that not recommended

I had 8 Bourbon Reds. I have one acre, a 6' fence, clipped their wings, and they still bugged the neighbors (access to food 24/7 too).
