Percy -- You can also lessen the stumulous/noise by placing a blanket over the crate. Let us know how it goes.

Thats pretty much what we do ,tour dogs are supposed to bark.We have an outside and an inside dog.We can tell by their bark if we should look or just ignore.It is rough to be woke up from a deep sleep but I know they wouldn't just be barking for no reason.
