Will Orust go extinct?

I’m trying to find some Orust chicks or eggs, and it seems like everyone who ever had any for sale is no longer selling. Everyone’s posts about them says they are “hearty” and lay well but, if so, why are they impossible to find? Greenfire Farms posted an article a decade ago singing thier praises, but now they don’t have any for sale either. What gives?

They are sold but still rather rare. Here's a site for instance in the U.S. if that's where you are, that you can sign up to be notified when they get some in.
