Will she die or can i save her????

I have a wyandotte hen who is acting wierd. she normally will not let me touch her but now she is moving real slow. She did go into the nesting box and sit so i thought she might be broody. i moved her to another box and she just fell out of it and she has benn standing in the run with her eyes closed. she is drinking alot of water but i cant seem to get her to eat. is there anything i can do for her or what should i do.

try mixing some boiled egg yolks into some plain yogurt with a few drops of polyvisol (baby vitamins--get no iron!)
Almost ANY Chicken with scarf that down-- regardless... otherwise, she IS ill... and without knowing what else she may have gotten into or done... hard to know what is going on w/her

Bad news i came home today and found her passed in the coop. I really hate that because i just bought her about 3 weeks ago and she quickley became my fav. hen. I called her dottie.

Probably worms. I had a hen do the same thing a few weeks ago. Just stood there all day long.
