Ouch! Sorry to hear that! I guess you've gone in by now. Hope they can ease the pain and fix everything. I had to let one of our dogs out in the middle of the night and almost ripped my pinky toe nail off somehow. Couldn't go back to sleep until after 5:00. Woke up at 6:00 with an ear ache and called in sick. I'm going back to bed.

Go back to bed henrietta and rest. No I have another 2-21/2 hours to wait. Before the office opens and I can call and go in.

mostly i'm upset because the swelling masks some of the breaks in small bones, it's much harder to read once it has been sitting around awhile. And probably harder to set too.

OUCH!!!!!! My heart goes out to you..that hurts..so easy for anyone to do..

I remember in 2001 I had this baby gate in doorway to keep big dog in its backporch room from kitchen and I went to step over the gate got first leg over but the second one hung up on gate and over I went landed on dog which was ok after...I broke my right ankle and tore every ligament I had in my foot..the foot turned totally black and swoll up like a balloon..had to be transferred by ambulance had surger on ankle metal plate and was layed up for three whole months..and still bothers me today..

so I do feel for you and hope all turns out ok for your foot, it is no fun..take care..

Yes right in the heart of the cereal zone. If it wasn't for the fruits, the flakes, and the nuts, there would be no one here at all.

Oh thank you rufflemyfeathers. It does look realy horrible. The bandage covers it up so I don't have to see it. You can tell from my typing it hurts like a @#$#$%.

My heart goes out to you! 10 years ago I broke my ankle in 3 places and then six months later broke the same foot. I HEAR YA!!!! Wishing you a speedy recovery.

P.S. I LOVE YOUR ISLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S BEAUTIFUL!
