Will someone keep me company

Well thanks all. The office opens in another hour. I made my coffee, put some kibbles and water down for the dogs, and put a plastic bag over my foot and hobbled out and gave the chickens food and water. I left extra out for everybody just in case.

All but one girl and the rooster did not like the foot arrangement at all. But one sweety seemed to know, and just looked and looked quietly. I rattled funny.

So how is the foot doing?

The foot is fine, I am in bed and healing. I did a new post instead of an update, which didn't work well at all (see" thank you for keeping me company"). I should link them but I don't know how. The short story is my doctor took a look at the foot and the xrays and sent me off island to a specialist. They set it and stitched up the cuts and said stay in bed and let it heal. So I am living on a sofabed in the livingroom. Lumpy but a great view, and a good spot to boss hubby around from.
