Will the eggs still be anygood?

I won an ebay bid for 6 Royal Palm Turkey eggs on Friday 9pm. I paid on Saturday. The seller says she will wait until Tuesday to mail them because she forgot about Monday being a holiday. How long do turkey eggs last without using them? I want to incubate them, but am worried.
She lives in Fl. too. But Polk City is too far for me to drive...especially at @ $4.00 a gallon.
Should I ask her to wait until the next time her turkey lays more eggs?

I would hope by saying she "will wait to ship till Tues" also means that she will collect fresh eggs to ship on Tuesday.

I had an auction end last week too and we decided to wait until Tues to ship as well. I always collect eggs fresh from the day before and day of shipping. I never have eggs sitting around waiting for an auction to end, although can judge pretty confidently by how my hens lay if I will be able to fill an order at a later date.
