Will they survive?

I bought 4 chics 3 days ago sadly 1 has passed and 3 more are in question. I'm not sure on what to so as I brought them back to the store and did as recommend. I didn't realize till I got home that they had swollen undersides. They had poop stuck to their butts and I soaked with water till it pretty much fell off. They are now nice and warm and in a nice comfy spot for the night. My question is are they going to die or will they recover? 2 are looking some what lively. The one pictured isn't looking so good atm.

Is their brooder dry? What’s the temperature in the brooder? Do they have a space to crawl under and a space to escape the heat lamp? What are they eating?

Sadly it passed away this morning after I fell asleep . The 2 black ones are doing great no more poop stuck to butts so far. Thanks for asking.
