Will this supplemental light set up work?

I set up this 60 watt equivalent LED supplemental light bulb. Because my coop is small and does not have a high ceiling, I installed the light outside a vent window under the roof eaves to prevent chickens from pecking at it. It shines into the coop on the side with the roosting bars; most of the chickens roost on that top bar as pictured. Is this enough light to stimulate chickens to lay now in February?

This light socket is plugged into an outdoor extension cord, which runs to a timer, then GFCI switch, in a garage receptacle. It will only be turned on 20 min prior to sunrise at first and then shut off. We will increase gradually until we hit 12 hrs per day of total light between this and the sun. If that keeps production levels up, then that’s enough light.
