Will this work as an outdoor brooder?

I ordered this night and I think it'll work great as an outdoor brooder. I won't be finishing them in this, because it's far too small for that. I have a larger run area for when they're ready to be seen and not touched by the established flock. This would just be to get them a bit bigger yet get them out of the house. Thoughts?

I guess I should also add that it'll be for 6 guineas, 6 banties, and 4 standard chickens that are all currently brooding together in my house.

How many chicks are you getting and are you keeping them just in the coop area?

I would personally prefer something that's all one level, as that ramp looks a bit steep. Maybe this'll work out but going by the measurements it's rather small even for chicks.
