One day my duck was having trouble talking I thought it was a cold or something but I came out the next day and my duck had her head stuck on a loop of plastic and was being choked I rush to the scene but I didn't want to put strain on her neck ripping the plastic to free her so I used a knife instead. Can a duck earn there vice back after being wind broken? I don't want my duck to not be able to talk. PLEASE HELP!!! THANKS
