Wing Clipping- to clip or not to clip

What age would you recommend for the first clipping, my PR are almost 8 weeks and I'm on about the 7 day of free ranging, When that got next to a 4' chain link fence yesterday they were all looking up at it and thinking about it so I got up and shewed them away from there.

My 2 year olds are clipped but none of my youngsters are yet. As they look to the older birds as to what they should be doin, they don't try and fly up because mine don't, it they start to try and fly up then I will clip them, I do appreciate that I have alot less predators than you guys, so for me being able to fly is not important
