Wing Clipping

My chickens have started 'flying the coop' . Fencing hasn't contained them, so we are wanting to clip their wings. Do I just clip one wing or both?

I only clip one so that if any predators try to get hold of them they still have a fighting chance to get away or make enough noise for me to get out there and help. You might want to try to put some of that plastic netting on top of run to prevent them from flying off. I just recently did that so they would have a better chance of something gets in.
