Wings down, no activity

I do have the liquid corid on hand.. I can get her started today, just incase.
Her crop was empty this morning, I will see how it progresses thru the day.
Corid won't hurt her ... but it may save her life. Make sure she isn't getting a vitamin supplement while she's on it. Corid works by removing vitamin B, which the coccidia need to survive. Unfortunately, so does your chicken, so once the treatment is through, dose her with a good multi-vitamin to make sure she's got what she needs back in her system.
Good Luck! She's a pretty girl!

Started the Acox (Corid)... Does anyone know, should I change out the water daily with the medication in it? The bottle just says to add to water, but doesnt say how long the water can sit for.. Other things like "save-a-chick" reads "change water daily"

It is usually good to change the amprollium/Corid water daily, so they do not accidentally drink water that has been contaminated with droppings. You can also give a small drench of a couple of drops twice a day of the undiluted medicine to jump start her treatment.

Edited to say, that I tried to look up the Acox product for birds, and I cannot find the strength or how much to use for chickens. It looks like it is mostly sold in the UK. So the dosage would be important.

I did a corid drench, she threw it up and tilted her head and starting spinning in circles. Her crop is still empty. I feel I'm doing more harm than good at this point. I have never been more stumped. I don't know if I should force feed her with maybe soaked food. I know it's a wait game and patients is needed. But its as if she is getting worse by the day...
