Emerald stood up and shook out his glossy feathers. He glanced down at Boulder, who was still sleeping beside him. "How do you do that?" He clucked aloud, to no one in particular.

Reed hopped down from his roost inside a coop that had mostly been spared. He walked over to where Shadow sat, bleary eyed. "Tired?" He clucked, slightly amused.
Shadow glared at him. "Well you try sitting on Twilight somtime! Morning is quiet as a kit mouse, but... ARGH, Twilight! Go. To. SLEEP!" She cackled.

"We're going out foraging with our Fledgers as soon as they all wake up." She replied. "Hey, have you seen Rocky this morning?"

Eclipse walked across the rubbage, choosing her steps wisely. It would be bad to get bumblefoot at a time like this. She thought to herself. She glanced up to her fledger, Shimmer.
