Winter Gardens/ Greenhouse!

I planted kale, spinach, and mixed lettuce a few days ago. Waiting for sprouts!

That's nice! I hope they sprout soon!

I got so scared one morning because I forgot to close the greenhouse and it was 25F outside!!
Everything is still alive but one cabbage died.

My greenhouse is ready for tomorrows storm! Not sure, but we might get some snow!!

How is everyone's plants doing?
My zucchinis got frost bite! I forgot to close the greenhouse after I watered the zucchinis and I woke up and went outside to check the chickens and the plants were frost bite
Other then that my cabbage and lettuce is growing very slooooowwwwwww!

Sorry about the zucchini. It really likes warm weather.

I harvested all the main heads of broccoli a couple weeks ago. Now waiting for side florets. That all depends on the weather. Others, mustard, collards, onion, garlic, carrots are still green and growing slowly. I harvest mustard and collards as we want them to eat. I did freeze a few. I will be checking carrots soon to thin. Hopefully I'll get some baby carrots from the thinning.

I haven't been inside my green house since the weather got cold and nasty. Next week, the temps moderate, and I'll go see if anything is still alive.
