Winter Layers

i only have experience with leghorns and sebrights my sebright hen is horrible layer ive gotten 1 egg in 4months my leghorn lays an egg every day including the more then occasional double yolk egg
 
My Brahmas started laying in August and have yet to slow down.

If they have plenty of water and light you should be fine with any of the breeds you listed.

All of my chickens have been laying all winter with light. My bantam leghorn lays an egg almost every day. I also have barred rocks, a white rock bantam, black and red sexlinks, a columbian rock and a japanese hen and they have all been laying all winter and we have had some cold weather here in Ontario! They're certainly paying their rent.

Most chickens are winter layers in AZ...

My best layers are my sex links, barred rock, EEs, Ameraucanas and Leghorns.
 
My large fowl white leghorns laid all winter so far without fail, cold, rain, sleet snow, dark days, light days, shavings in box, hay in box, locked in coop, let out of coop. Pretty sure they would lay through the apocalypse.
