Winter Quilt Block Swap 2013

At this point, 14 blocks. Winter colors is the only theme, any block you want. One person requested no santa claus...... Otherwise, take creative liberties.

Okay I am going to start fabric shopping & decide on a pattern.

I would also like to request no santa clause. Love winter though... snow, trees, white, green and blue and even winter blooming poinsettias are all wonderful.

I'm working on a crochet fall swap right now, won't be long til thats finished. I'm so glad I found this... it was totally by accident whereas before I think I actually did a search for a quilt block swapping group and couldn't find any... probably just didn't want to look at 500 different threads about quilt blocks, none of them current!

Anyway... I'll be searching for my pattern and get going on this ASAP!

Need some prayer for my DH. He is in intensiv care since last night, he has blood clumps in his lungs................He was locking up my birds, because I need to work late. Sudendly he could not breath right, he was able to call 911 and they rushed him to hospital, leaving me a message on my phone............
Saw him today and so grathful to have him, he is the love of my life.................

OMG!! Oh darling, I'm so sorry!

The good news is they are real good at these sorts of problems these days. My Dad developed blood clots in his lungs too, from diabetes. He spent a few days in the hospital, like your DH, but was sent home with stuff he took for 6 monthes that broke them up slowly, and he did fine. However, you've got my prayers.

Have they determined why the formed in the first place yet? They will.

Yes, aside from diabetes, an injury to the legs is a way for sure. How is he??? big hug
