I always have to laugh when I am asked that question. When Mom and Dad divorced, I stayed in North Carolina and she moved back home to California. It always makes for a nice vacation when we visit each other.

I guess the race is on....but You will probably win since I live in a small community with a small post office with only two overworked employees.

I have three daughters but only one of them was interested in quilting, general sewing and crafting. The other two never got into it. It's nice to have a daughter to talk to about what your doing and not get bored with the conversation and vice versa. I always go through Kim's stash when I go back for a visit. Hers is bigger than mine.

Sorry you have been ill Marty. Hope you feel better soon.

The rain has continue again today. I think it is suppose to stop tomorrow. If it does and the flooding waters have let up I will get my blocks in the mail tomorrow. Sorry.

Finally got my blocks in the mail.

We had a break in the rain and I took advantage of it to run out. We have had flooding, rock slides and lots of standing water. I sent my blocks with delivery confirmation but not a tracking number.

Marty will you let us know when you receive them? I failed to ask at the post office for an estimated delivery time.

You will know they are mine not only because I put littlechicklet on the back of both envelopes but they are in a Charlie Brown discounted Christmas mailer!
