Rainy day today, eh! We need the moisture for the water table, that's for sure.
Too bad the Pack couldn't get er done. If the front line would have given Rodgers more time, it would of been a different game.
The flock is having a light molt. I'll clean the coop foe winter after they are done. Nothing worse than a complete coop cleaning in the fall before they molt. I prefer to clean all the feathers out after, and have the place stay cleaner longer.
Evening to all....Hank, waiting for the first egg can be quite stessful, eh! When you spot the first golden nugget, you will feel like da man! Keep the faith....it's on their terms only. You gotta love the wait though.
Me & Suzie picked wild grapes today for jelly. After they were all picked off the individual bunches we have 12lbs. That will provide enough grape juice for 3 batches of jelly.
It's time consuming, but worth the effort. This jelly can't be compared to concord grape jelly. The flavor is so pure.
My son has the tame grapes. We make jelly for him from his grapes. He hates to see them go to waste. He gives most to friends and his inlaws. He prefers the wild grape jelly too.
Mr. Chickenkid, if you want grapes I'll give them to you! They are the concords though... I have them coming out of my ears! I made 22 1/2 gallons of grape juice last night and I still have more grapes to process!!!!
Hey Buck Creek, how is that darn bus driver?
Bigzio, did we ever find out what happened to the origional 'Cheesehead' thread? I asked the mods and my thread was thrown out...... would it be because of Jim?
Plugging away here trying to get all my veggies processed, and get homework done... and thinking about Fordmommy's realestate advice.... someday we'll git er done!
the cop called last night, will be getting the ticket last night or today. I went one step ferther, e-mailed every school board member, with the video. He's still driving as of this Morning, the saga go's on.................
Yes, what is the world is going on with WI bus drivers? It's an epidemic! Last night on the news, another story of a Fond du Lac driver exposing himself to kids. That's the third "bad driver" incident I've heard of this school year already.
Hope you get that driver gone, Buck Creek.
