WOW that's great news TerriO and CP! If I don't find any tomorrow I'll definitley get something worked out with you guys. $5/doz seems like a great price to me. Sure people posting pics just before I go just to look a chickens, man you guys are mean! That is a neat pic of The Colonel and a really cute pic of TerriO's chick. Both would be worthy of posting. Sorry fordmommy don't know what to think about that. Wish I did. Gotta go get a few things done before company gets here. There here!

I am wondering what DrH's daughter means by "life changing decision...." If I were he, I would be a bit worried! Especially if the kid offers to BRING the food. Gotta be something more important than getting a new car; well, except if she wants him to pay for it!

I figured out how to post a pic for consideration...just look in the FAQs! It is all in there. (even how to do the avatar thing) Guess I will have to read it and try again.

My son was home for spring break from college and he brought be a cold. My nose it so itchy I could scream! While I was outside me head felt clearer but now it is starting to feel like a watermelon again. I hate being sick! No time for it at all.
I am going to see if I can help any emergency folks now. I do not feel like going to the mill to pick up my feed...maybe tomorrow. I wish I could help with the quail Fordmommy...poor guys!
Oh yeah, anybody venture a guess on the breed of the yellow chick I posted? They want a breed and a name for Picture of the Week. Terri O

Dr H you need any John Prine on CD holler because I think I've got everything he's ever done...including the Duets. Good stuff.

I'm going to post a pic of my GLW tonight in hopes if you can tell me what sex it is. I'm pretty sure it's a He, but I defer to your expertise.

Hey Terry O neat avatar picture and the baby's look great! It's always fun to see how fast/much they change. Our turkey babies have sure grown and weigh atleast 1 lb each and they are coming up on 3 weeks old.

Anyone have any good way to intergrate bantams into a group of LF? We tried to mix the 2 babies from Blue and Mort with the other chicks that we have in a bigger area and they hung out by the door and crawled back into my hands when I opened the gate...so we put them back into a separate pen

Well, I suppose I should go check the zoo for the night.

Well-Peanut is still here, happy as can be. I got kinda worried last night because he was so quiet. First time for him.

Yesterday I but all the week olds with the 2 week olds and everyone is getting along famously! I am very relieved. Some of the older ones are also 2 1/2 weeks to 3 weeks old. Not one quarel.

Not even with the serama babies. It's like they knew eachother from the beginning.
