Hi all! The dog got a prescription for some pain killers...she has no arthritis and no tissue swelling. They did x-rays and everything...I just said "put it on the farm bill." I really didnt want to know! SO she is happy now...not limping any more. The vet said to keep her quiet--yeah right! She's a Border Collie! Although she is laying down nice now....if I can keep the other dogs from playing with her she should be OK.
My scalloped potatoes should be ready in 15 mins or so...this is the first time I have made them GF so I hope they are OK. They sure smell great right now!
BigFam--I agree with the others that you should get one bag and feed it out. I have heard that is the best way to go. I myself, do not feed a medicated feed. Most of my chicks are hatched with broodies and they eat what they can find. I have very few chick deaths. Even those that are in the incubator I use game bird for feed. No problems so far....I hope it continues!![]()
I think the dinner is done! Later peeps! Terri O
