hello... crappy day at work... anyone in Madison area know anyone looking for Accounts Receivables job? Trying to hire for this one but shooting blanks!

Anyway... gratuitous cute kid with chick pick. Yes I have twins but dd5 is so my chicken whisperer and plays with them all day every day, my ds5 only once in a while.. so more pics with her and chicks. This is ewok the bantam leghorn (another pic to follow for some thoughts H&R) and Leah ( yes as in princess and is a bantam EE) who I am leaning towards roo, although these were my first with tail feathers. Leah was one of my first with a comb ( rose) and she has patterned beautifully but there is one rust patch developing really tiny on one of her wings... We will wait and see... she might become a luke.

Long day at work yesterday... I got called: Dickhead, *****, B!tch, Mother F@cker, Dr. Andrs the Military Medic, Hot, and Jerk. So I decided I needed to unwind a little... I went to Maynards and got some lumber and plywood. I did a favor for one of the ladies at work who in turn offered her thanks with 6 Long Stem Man Roses, in a beautiful Fat Tire Amber. 3 Beers, a Quiet house, some screwing and sawing later and I have 9 Chicks in a new brooder.

2x2x4 with two clamp lights and a solid top with latches. It will function as storage for chick/hen parts when I am not brooding and offer ample space for the current batch of peeps, my estimates say that it can handle 8 peeps through 6 weeks but I am guessing more like 12.

Had a couple meetings this morning and then 7 hours of work with the children. Now I am home to a chickenless house and my family cleaning upstairs. Notice where I am? On the computer trying to hold on to my sanity. I think I have 3 more long stem man roses someplace...
