I may be alone now, maybe I can say something cliche and no one will notice... Maybe not though... I can't think of anything... Huh, oh well, better go turn the eggs only 2 weeks till they hatch. That is my present for my 12th anniversary 24 eggs that might hatch, a little sadness, a lot of joy and some noise that has bettered me as a person.

Today is family day: garage-sale'ng, grocery shopping, snacking, looking at a Peacock, checking out the new lambs at work and more!!!

Although I wish I had time to be at the bash, but 10 hrs in a car Round Trip in one day would not be fun.

Someone drink 3 beers for me.

I will take one Bobcat and a dozen pheasants. I would love to do some smoked pheasant. The Bobcat I would roast whole and feed to the chickens...

I hope everyone is having a blast at the bash. And everyone not at the bash is having an enjoyable day also. We left for fishing at 6am this morning and got home a little while ago. Boy the sun drains the energy from a person. We finally fished at Pentenwell Dam, people have been telling us for the past year to go fish there cause its great. Well I didnt catch a dang thing and DH only caught a 14 pound carp. But we had fun, there was lots of sand and the kids were able to play in the water. We then stopped off anf fished the Yellow River a bit before coming home and dH caught another carp lol this time 18 pounds. I swear that man is a carp magnet. Thats about it for today. Its to hot to sit inside, I think I'm gonna go find a shade tree and a miller lite.

My husband went fishing behind our house, in the river today. He got the rapala stuck in his hand. He had to go to the emergency room to have it removed. He doesn't have insurance so that was an expensive little fishing trip.

It is probably too hot for the fish too to waste energy biting. I nixxed my plans about an hour after I started working, and watched a movie and ate a nice big salad and pbj sandwhich. BL4 Yeay on the ducklings!!! BBP give your hubby a hug owe. That is one good looking iris. Is it a jumbo? I have one blooming now that a friend gave me. It's a jumbo, I need to take a picture of it and post. It has dark outer feath..oops petals and inner gold petals. Looks like a mod game standing on the porch from far away. Speaking of..... Mister is molting and has sunburn on his shoulders. I might get some guineas from the guy who has my pet mf cochin roo. They were really quiet so I have re-thought that option. Just a few for bugs. The martins and swallows are doing pretty well.

The pieds are so cute when they are babies why can't they stay that way?

My iris is a tall bearded iris. But I cant remember the name of it. I have lots of irises and daylilies. I will take pictures through the summer as they bloom. If anyone wants to swap plants in the fall I would love to do that.
