Down S of Green Bay now, but we visit as often as we can. We'll have to try to meet sometime and talk chooks and pups!

Don't you miss living up here? Everytime I have to drive even to Rhinelander the traffic drives me nuts. It's so quiet and serene in Hiles.
They don't call it the "Heart of the national forest" for nothing.
It would be great to get together sometime. What kind of feathered friends own you?

Oh, thanks everyone but I live in South Dakota. I was a resident of Wisconsin for 15 years. Though I have a residence in Wisconsin, I no longer live there.

Its a long story about the dog...but basically he belongs to my daughter who is in college and disabled and she can't care for him and my schedule doesn't allow me to care for him either.

First to post! First to post! It was really great meeting everyone we had a really good time! For those of you that didn't make it you should have. Plenty of great food and friends. No rain but there was a rainbow and we found a pot of gold and split it up evenly. Too bad you did show up. More for us!

I got the white elephant! I got the white elephant! penny1 that subject was brought up today so many of us will never move back to town and those that do are trying to move out. Can't stand the noise or all the people. Gotta go water the kids.

Nope third post is the best!

Had a great time today putting names with faces and talking with everyone! Food was great too and plenty of it! After some discussion the baby bunny is offically named "JJ" and our Irish Setter "Cassie" just realized he's in the house

now she can stare at JJ as well as the chickens, turkeys and rabbits that are outside-should keep her busy for hours if not days!

Off to do final check of animals and take the dogs out again-have a great evening everyone!

Hey fellow cheeseheads..

I have excess cockerels! (I think.) I want to give them away to a good home.
Here we go:
About two Black Pure breed Ameraucana from Paul Smith that are 9 weeks old. (Could be show stock, One of the top breeders in Ameraucana from TX should have good blue egg genes.)

About five Pure breed Blue Marans from Bishopchickens here on BYC. They are about 5 weeks old. From picks their birds look fine and look like good dark egg genes.

I am up in Hazelhurst, but drive down to Watertown frequently. Would be happy to meet up anywhere on the I39/51 route. Or 10/41 way past Oshkosh.

Let me know if interested. I can take pics. They are all young so I some may be big hens?

ON
