Thanks for the kind words about Suzies Uncle. He is at (sacred heart) Columbia St. Mary's. Not familiar with any healthcare in Milwaukee. Seems like he is getting great care. The daily regime is up and moving. No lazy days in bed.
I managed to get the dry wood i cut and split yesterday tossed in the basement before the rain started.

Is it ok to have Irish tea Jim? I don't know why coffee would be a problem? I like tea, however coffee by the potfull is my daily starter.

I need to get together with you bl4...the near future for sure. been thinkin about gettin er done.
Besides you could prolly use the Christmas Money.

A buddy came today and put up 4 trail cams in my woods says we have to wait 3 days to check em. I am all giddy about the technology.

David I am glad the boy is alright and let me chime in and agree with the others that the things we value are the things we have to earn. Some day your son will prosper from having to toil to have a car.

David, so glad your son is ok. I'm sure it scared the H3ll out of him and he won't forget it for a long time. I think all new drivers need to have a good scare, but not an accident, just something to scare the bajeebees out of them. My first scare was in the winter when I hit black ice, spun around a few times and landed facing the opposite direction in the center of a divided highway. I was 18, had my first brand new car that I made monthly payments on. 1977 Dodge Aspen. I wanted a used Challenger or Barracuda but I don't think my Dad wanted me to have a sporty car. although my Aspen was the two door model, blue with white vinyl top, sporty for an Aspen. The payment was $91.70 a month and it cost if I remember correctly about $5k. Sure wish I could get a new car for that now. That was back in 1976. I was working at a gas station making min wage. My parents did pay my insurance though and some of the gas since my Mom didn't have a drivers license so I would drive her around. After all the kids flew the coop she got a license !! That was weird.... Mom getting her license.

If you son was driving on bald tires or badly worn that didn't help matters any, hopefully that will be a lesson well learned. Lesson for everyone here..... Drive Safe and Slow.... It's winter here in WI !!!

Jimbo, it kind of does sound like Annie is trying to do you in !!!! LOL Buying you tons of donuts then jacking up the heater. She didn't put a blanket over it or anything did she ??? LOL

TO and Bl4..... I didn't forget your comments about the peg leg or lack of leg.... Just trying to think of a come back..... Oh and it's not made of any wood these days.... No wonder my luck has been running out.... I used to be able to knock on wood with every step !!!

Well we rented a drain auger or whatever you want to call it today. Another $50 and things are now running freely..... DH ET pulled a sock out..... No comment !!!

So needless to say I didn't make it to Racine today. We were trying to snake the drain last night with no luck. Then I started cleaning cages and repairing up my silkies.... Didn't get upstairs until 4am stinking like chicken feathers and couldn't take a shower let alone drive for 250 miles.

But I'll be going down Tuesday so I can go get yelled at by my doctor on Wednesday. Then I get to spend the day with Addy (who turns 2 on Monday) on Friday so we can play play play !!!

I still need to make a wreath and spray for the cemetary with some pine and evergreens before then too.

So the offer still stands (Jim cover your eyes) I can bring down some bunnys to anyone who would want some. And no Dr Ha... I'm not getting any, even though some black and white ones would match my color theme. I don't need one more type of feed to buy.

Bigz, you're still tops on my list even if you have CC and bigfam and bl4 competing for the bestest on your list !!! Did a search for Panko bread crumbs. Interesting, they are bread crumb made in Japan out of the soft part of the bread, dryed and flaked. I guess it helps keep them crisper then regular bread crumbs. Can be flavored with different seasonings. All I know is my brother had a fish fry and used Panko and it was eggcellent. He mixes sweet condensed milk with egg, dips it in that then the panko, fries. Delish !!!

Oh and I'm looking for small square bales... I don't have a way to move round bales. Thanks everyone for keeping an eye out for me.

Actually watching the Badger game. They are kicking butt and really pulling off some great plays!
I made an excellent beef soup tonight and some Flourless chocolate cake (also excellent) I think I will take a quart of soup and a piece of cake to my hay guy tomorrow. He doesnt get too much HM stuff like that.

I am stuffed...two bowls of soup and a piece of cake...wow--really filling for sure. I need to go to bed. I am feeling very tired. Must have been all the choring with that 8 year old! Hae a great time with your niece tomorrow Frenchie! Such an adorable age for sure! I mentioned about the sock...DS23 said, "well if you dont have any TP what would you wipe with?" I told him that I certainly hoped that did not happen here!!!! He said he has never done it but has heard of others...so what I want to know is WHOSE sock was it?
