I realize I forgot to update my niece. She ended up with three pins in the arm that will be removed in 5 weeks,

Now this made me laugh...must be my mood this morning? So you are updating your niece that she will be having her arm removed? Funny but not so funny I guess....have to be here!
It is another gorgeous day here in our state isnt it? We have to remember these days when we are under 6' of snow! (coming sooner than we ever think I am sure) Although if you believe the farmer's almanac stuff I have found more than 6 Woolly Bear caterpillars that are all brown! Doesnt that mean it will be a very mild winter?

Today I am going to Fort Atkinson to pick up my horse's shipping boots from the shoemaker. He is new in town and said he would do repairs on horse stuff for me. I really miss my friend that retired to Sun City, AZ-she did all my leather repairs in exchange for a few dumploads of compost for her gardens each year! What a deal!
I ended up making eggs with wild mushrooms last night for dinner...very yummy! But then I was still hungry so I made another bowl of mushrooms and I think I overdid it. My tummy is not too good today either! Or maybe it is just something abut the cheese head thread? FM--that sounds terrible what you had! How did you end up with two types of naughty bacteria in your gut? (dont tell me it was from eating wild mushrooms either

)

I hope every one is feeling better and drier soon! We havent heard from raiquee for a while either...I wonder if she ever caught the renegade ducks? Well I sure hope to see lots of folks at our mini-meet...FM I will try on the cheesecake but I am not sure how well it will travel...I would have to keep it in a cooler unless DH decides to come with the camper...who knows I may be running back and forth to do chores at home if DD24 has plans!

Well I see my primary tomorrow for pain and tummy issues...
And now can't find a car title i need to find... omg a clean spot now look at what I have done....

My blue splash silkie is supposed to be pure bred...but the chick that may be his...says possibly otherwise.
my silkie hens are still young and only one is laying.. the other is playing mom..
and the other two aren't laying yet,

nice day again, outside busy working on getting the new coop finished- it is starting to get cooler at night and we need to get the one pen moved inside!

I had the wierdest thing today. I had a migrain (probably from to much coffee again) so I took 1 tylenol and 1 ibu. I sat for awhile on the couch and closed my eyes and the room started spinning and I felt nauseous (sp?) I gave into sleep and when I woke still felt a little sick but was able to get up a do things a little dizzy. but that was way wierd. I think I may never mix the 2 pills agian. I have done that before but there was like an hour between them. IDK

Hope everyone gets back their health and out from under the water.

oh and I got alot of new layers, we got our first white egg the other day! LOL all these chickens and this is our first white egg. LOL and I think one of our RIR is laying now we got a dark brown egg now. AND one of my store boughts (the eggs I bought from the store and hatched them this spring, I have NO clue as to what breed they are. the guy said red rock?) is laying a double yoker this thing is over 3 oz.

and she lays them like every other day. plus she lays a regular one in between the double yokers. What a sweet thing! (I dont sell her eggs

) dont tell any one but I'm selfish. I sell all of our large+ eggs and keep all the smaller ones except for hers

I was complaining about the laws now regulating when we have to get our sewer system pumped and all. see now I can use this

I hear ya about the sewer system Raimnel! I left a check for the people to pump ours, the check was gone but I could tell that the system hadnt been pumped! THey said they took the check and the paper for the county but couldnt get the truck down far enough to pump the tanks so they's have to come back with the other truck. Three times they said they were coming and didnt show up...never got any notice from the county so I am thinking that they charged me $150 to sign a paper and send it to the county! I for sure wont have that company again!
I sure hope the chimney cleaning guy is better...he is due tomorrow.
When I had a really bad back ache I took IB and Tylenol alternating every two hours and it worked great. That is what the Doc told me to do. I guess maybe you shouldnt take them together though even if they are a totally different medicine!
Going to the movies tonight with my daughter and 2 of her work friends. Not sure what we are seeing but I am looking forward to the popcorn! Terri O

Where is everyone? I had to search for the WI thread this morning. I hope the Dr is doing ok. Has anyone heard from him?
We all sound like a "real" healthy bunch.

Actually yesterday I wasn't feeling great, actually throw up. Was driving home and got dizzy and shakey. Hot than cold. Wasn't nausious until I started to cook lunch. Thought maybe it was low sugars or something along those lines. Ate two bites,

Told DH that if I didnt know better I would think I was prego. (a variety of reason that can't happen anymore.

) Was fine a couple hours later. Very strange. Maybe there is something funky going around. Went shopping with my mom last night for the girls b-days. Was fun, spent to much as usual. I decided to put a light on my quails so that the girls will lay. Only thing is I don't have a bator. My MIL has one and is looking for it, but doesn't know where it is. I was thinking of only hatching a couple. Hopefully get some girls for my lonely boy. I also figured out that out of the eggs that I have hatched this year,12, 10 have been girls and 2 boys. This last batch is all girls. Good thing too, I'm going to keep them. Thats like a girl hatch of 83%. Hopefully my boys will keep that up. Well gots to go. Have a great day everyone! Take care!

Talked to a friend this morning and she was feeling the same way, Migrain and nausious what the heck is going around? I think I may give the Dr a shout out today and see if he knows. strange

FM I love how everyone has different remidies. ibu and a coke

but I will try it next time. I also drink coke when my stomach is doing flips. It settles my sour stomach.

All the dr said was if you want to come in we can prescribe something for that migraine! ya I need some meds for a once in awhile thing when over the counters work just fine.

they are so quick to give meds. dumb I never have looked at migrain med ingredants cause I dont have them. but I didnt know that they have caffine in them. then what you get a headache if you take them to much cause your having withdrawls? I get caffine headaches for that reason.

TO what a bunch of no gooders! those people for taking your money and no doing the work. you know I may watch the next few times my neighbors get their system pumped and see if they're really doing their job or just saying they are. hmmmm

gotta run going someplace with my mom. wish me luck LOL we always bicker about something. it never fails. its cause we are To much alike, I know.
