I also have 3 Light Brahmas, 1 Black Austrolorp, 3 Partridge Cochin LF, 2 Buckeye, 4 BO and a Blue (was suppose to be a Wyondotte but has a straight comb) all laying hens for sale. Brahmas $10 and rest $5 each. All are last years hatchings.

Hi--just checking in (again)
Where would I find this Flagil?
This antibiotic is sold as Fishzole. I ordered it on line. Watch the prices, quantities and concentrations...
They will be great.
Just in fish..I have not heard of it in chickens
they treat it with flagil I think.
OK--the person in the article said there was no treatment...now I am confused...

THat's all--goodnight! TerriO

(PS) I vote for your kitchen too Kristi!

Oh--I forgot! New batches of chicks today...look at this cutie NN fans! It better be a SHE--it is an Olive Egger.

OMG she is adorable.... although the look on the face in the last picture looks just like a man !! LOL So what are the parents? NN and OE? COOL !!

Just talking off the top of my head right now, CRS has kicked in but if my memory serves me correctly blackhead in turkeys and peafowl is caused by a protozoa which I believe is carried by the cecal worm. ?? Like I said I could be wrong but ???? I do remember when I got my peafowl I ordered I think fish zole made by Thomas laboratories and treated all of my peafowl as a precautionary measure. I also put cayenne Pepper on their food occasionally, read that on BYC a while ago.

Here are a few places to order online.

Hi All!

Grrrrr.... Just realized that MAP I posted didn't post complete! It just showed a little bit of what I was trying to post!

TO.... Glad you made it back safe! Did DH fix it with seat belts?

Hope that little cutie is a girl!

Sclark.... What a mess to come home to! I hope they at least did the dishes!

Jim... Wow, With all the laying hens gone, what are you going to do for eating eggs 'till the young ones lay? Or are you done hatching and start eating other eggs? But don't some of them stop laying by the end of summer?
Anyway, Well canned meat is great. It's pressure cooked so perfect for otherwise tough cuts. A good stock/broth keeps it nice and tasty. Always worked well for me.

CC...Oct. would be a good time for me for a good party! Yes, Plantian is #1 ingredient! We will need about 1 lb. Dried. Both the broad leaf and narrow work. We also need Comfrey root, St. John's wort flower, Calendula flower, chickweed and Mullen. All dried, about a 1/2 lb. each. Bees wax and olive oil. If anyone is interested in coming we can set a date. Any donations to the cause would be appreciated!

Irish.... wow! hope at least most of those horses get adopted! I re-posted it a couple of places but I fear it may be too late!
