Cuties-good luck with the kitten. Tell TO I say Hi.

Jim-my oldest said this to me at dinner, "Did Jim survive his test?" Apparently, you had her worried!

Del-I have 2 yellow and 2 that look to be black orp (Black with yellowish-white bellies). I'll get a pic tomorrow hopefully. Joe might have a point, but I bet there are others here with more chicks. That way you can say, "At least I'm not like so & so with xxx number of chicks". It might make him feel better.

Theo has realized that he is a boy and Gracie is a girl. No action but I expect it won't be too far off. She is fixed so I don't think she'll let him do too much.

Our new neighbors brought over homemade tortillas for us! They were the best I've ever had too. It felt strange because normally the existing neighbors give the new ones a baked good. I guess I waited too long. Should I give jam from their choke cherry tree or maple syrup? Or should I bake something? Hmmmm, so many options.

CC-I've missed you. Hope you and DH get better.

My Rouen drake seems to be doing better now, all dry and warm in a big cage with a mirror til we can find him some girl(s). He ate some feed mixed with yoghurt and had some of his spiked water too (water, honey and electrolytes). Now it's just a waiting game of hopefully finding a female for him SOON!

Poor duckie...... all I have are calls, way too small for your Rouen.

Nice to see you CC.

Cuties, don't forget to wipe the kitten's behind after feeding! Your house is starting to look like mine!

Oldest DD brought home some turkey feathers for the kittens to play with. Jinx is roaming around the house with a 2 ft feather hanging from her mouth and growling and everyone. She is so freakin' cute!
