Good Luck....it would neat to go see but we'll probably be working part of the weekend

a few projects that need to be finished sooner rather than later.

Have multiple units to get ready....hoping things will slow down a bit

so we can catch a break.

Parents are still staying with us....it will be a slow road for my dad but he is making improvements...they've been holding down the fort during the day while we are working...so far so good

Guess I need to go and finish chores....we have another batch of quail hatching....just wish we could get some of the Modern Game eggs to hatch!

We did notngetnthe horse. She was completely buddy sour. And after woelrking grooming/working her for an hour and a half, it was clear she would not settle. And the state she was in, if she became that attached to Brownie Sydney would never be able to handle her. It was so hard to walk away. But the right choice.

Yep, getting soggier and soggier here too.

Yep, the van was fixed in less than 24 hours!

Jim.... I got a brooder cage/pen for the turkeys!!!

It's 10'L x 4'W x 5'H on legs but the back ones seem to be off now. 2 big doors and a divider that comes out. $60! Just got to talk to my son to get it here

Then find miss broody and move her in.

good find on that pen,, you will like the divider..
my pens are the same size as yours.. but no divider.. when it comes to catching chicks in it, they all run to the opposite end.. it takes a person on each end to catch them,, with a divider, they cannot get out of reach of the net ..

I wish I could go to the dog show, it would be so much fun. No way would Joe drive me all that way for a dog show. I am grateful he drives me for chicken shows and chicken camping.

Go Pack...pre season, but worth a look for sure....

The green peppers have been a good side of the garden....another 5 gal pail picked...I plant 4 varieties to be sure the harvest is good.... this year all 4 are hero's....some good veggies, and others not so good....dang deer...........
