Yep me and Suzie got married when we were 19 too!

I retired when I was 48.... and it was all from alot of hard work and commitment from both of us!
Suzie never worked outside the home....plenty here to do...and now she has to put up with me daily....

I drive a old truck, and like it that way, cause I would hate to scratch a new one.

I am glad there are some other younger parents on here, that understand why I get my panties in a bunch over it. And I'm not saying it's bad to be "older" parents either, I just don't think older parents should look down on younger parents. I had DS when I was 22, but I also look young for my age, which is probably why I caught the looks I did. I always get told I look 18-19 and i'm 25 now

. I know I will appreciate it when i'm older. I think older people sometimes forget that they were young once! Although I also think the person that started that thread, likes to watch things on tv and make threads about how everything is like that. I noticed a few other threads like that from the same poster.

GothChick) good for you and your home! I know my single most honored goal that I reached was getting our home, and we did that at 24/23. It's great you guys were able to get a home at 20!

I'll agree with you there! They have jumped on me a few times (dog bite thread).... and notice how they disappeared from the mental illness thread since it was not going in the direction they wanted it to???

You will appreciate it later. I still have people ask me again how old I am and there is no way I could possibly be old enough to have 4 kids, let alone one who is 15!

I just did it, got my self a second batch of lavender orph eggs, this time from bargain, but out of hinkjc line, so hopefully with 2 doz eggs I'll get enough to have a breeding flock.
