Jim you and you and all your energy and accomplishments are really ticking me off ! Just kidding !
Right now this is our situation:
1. Tractor....name unknown sitting dead in horse dry lot.
2. Van sitting dead because battery was stolen for tractor...not to mention it needs wheel bearings and strut tower repair.
3. My yellow Atv sitting with flat tire...plus solenoid problem or? Guess it is good for attracting bees eh?
4. ET's green atv sitting with tire removed....plus ET ran it out of oil and needs repair......keeping mine company?
5. My White car...exhaust pipe fell about 1/4 mile down road....ET said he is not a mechanic....mentioned to neighbor for opinion....made no comment....so it sits there. Don't think ET has any plans????
6. Lawn wagon needs tube in tire. ET was suppose to bring to guy but???? When????
7. Camper is still disabled....no luck finding sliding bed rails for it unless I want to spend $500 plus....don't have it.
SOO can you see why I'd be a little envious of your mechanical abilities?

On another sour note as long as I'm on a role. Not sure if we will be staying overnight for the bash. Of all times ET has been on Jury duty and that Friday is the last day but don't know until Thursday night if he has to go in.....plus even if I go he would not be able to come down later......
Plus neighbors that watch animals don't know if they will be home for the weekend............
I am so bummed right now. I hate going outside only to learn that something else is broken...oh wait...nothing else to break.
So we'd like to come down Saturday for the buffet and white elephant and raffle. Can't miss that.
Had a big scare with Butt Dog this week. She's a 15 yr old bichon/shitzu mix (for those of you that never met Buttons).
She's doing better. Hopefully it stays that way for a while. Guess that is my one blessing for me this week....my baby will be with me for a while longer.
On another happy note....well happy but if you can call chicken math a good thing....
The hardware store had a sign that chicks were here.
Went inside. They had EErs and barred rocks from mcMurray. ET wanted a few BR. Picked up 3. I said get 4 in case we lose one we'd still have 3. Dang chicken math.
Then looked down at the EE puffy cheeks. I thought of the neighbor who was hoping for an EE as her surprise chick. ( the one I posted and was trying to figure out what it was) Definitely not EE now that I've seen these (which is another reason I went in to see what McMurray EE looked like......So long story longer (for the newbies...hello my name is Frenchtoast aka Frenchie....I have long posts) LOL
So I decided to get a few EE. Then ET liked a few...took those. Then I said get 2 more in case the neighbor wanted some. They are sexed as hens so I thought for sure she would have wanted 2 or three. She seemed to want her surprise chick to be an EE so bad......stopped there on the way home and she couldn't make up her mind because she'd have to set up another brooder for a week or so. She said she'd think about it....haven't heard from her......I have news for her if she would want them now.....I've become attached to them and their puffy cheeks! Sorry ! That's why when I stopped I could have surrendered a few.
So needless to say I'm now the proud mama to 12 more chicks that I didn't need. BUT If half of the chicks I hatched are roos it will even things out a bit? (Hopefully only half are roos)
OK that's it for now !
Oh and Jim aren't you glad I don't live closer.....I'd let you take your pick of any mechanical project you'd want ! LOL
